Texas Family Medical provides assistance with ACA Marketplace and Medicare plan options. We are not an insurance carrier. Insurance coverage is issued and administered by the applicable carrier, and its policy documents control. Calling us does not create coverage or complete enrollment. Coverage is effective only when confirmed by the carrier or appropriate marketplace and any required premium is paid.
Texas Family Medical is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every plan available in every area. Any information we provide is limited to plans we offer in your area; contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all your options.
Permitted use
