Program description
After you provide express consent during a customer interaction, Texas Family Medical may send service-related text messages about appointments, requested quotes, applications, enrollment steps, document reminders, and policy updates. The program does not use an on-site enrollment form.
Consent
By agreeing to receive texts, you authorize Longhorn JL LLC, doing business as Texas Family Medical, to send automated or non-automated service messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or call (915) 502-7410. After opting out, you may opt in again only by providing new consent.
Eligibility and delivery
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of text message services necessary to deliver the messages. Program changes
We may modify or discontinue the messaging program or these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
